1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClaudeGames (the “Service”), available at claudegames.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

ClaudeGames is a free online multiplayer gaming platform that allows users to play browser-based games in real-time with other users. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind.

3. User Accounts

  • You may sign in using a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google). By doing so, you authorize us to access certain account information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

5. User-Generated Content

Certain games may allow you to submit content such as drawings, text inputs, or other creative contributions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:

  • Grant ClaudeGames a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely in connection with operating the Service.
  • Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • Agree not to submit content that is obscene, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, game mechanics, and design — are the exclusive property of ClaudeGames or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (e.g., authentication providers, analytics). We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Availability and Modifications

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove games, features, or content at our sole discretion.
  • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may temporarily limit availability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLAUDEGAMES AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TEN US DOLLARS ($10), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClaudeGames, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the operator of ClaudeGames resides.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ClaudeGames regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
